By installing the AiPainter plugin or using our web services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
AiPainter provides an AI image generation plugin for Adobe Photoshop and supporting cloud infrastructure. Generations are executed on remote servers and returned to the user's active PSD document.
Credits are consumed per generation request. Credits are non-refundable once a generation has been submitted. We reserve the right to adjust credit costs with 14 days notice.
You may not use AiPainter to generate content that violates applicable law, infringes third-party rights, or violates Adobe's Photoshop Terms of Service. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that misuse the service.
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
